We love all of our clients at The Vale Aesthetics, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Aesthetic Clinic and Academy. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again.

Should you need to change or update your appointment you may do that up to 48 hours before your appointment.

 

The booking fee is non-refundable and is paid against any procedure at The Vale Aesthetics.

 

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment after the notice period you will be subject to the cancellation policy.
