Cancellation Policy

Appointment Booking Policy 1. Booking & Confirmation All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, online, or in person. A confirmation will be sent via email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are correct. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee (e.g., 50% of the service cost). • No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. 3. Late Arrivals • If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients. • Late arrivals over 15 minutes without notice may be treated as no-shows. 4. Payment • Deposit is non-refundable • Payment is due at the time of service • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. 5. Changes to Appointments • We reserve the right to adjust or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice
